Currently, the Carnegie Building has about 6,000 square feet of available space for rent in a variety of distinctive suites of many different sizes ranging from a couple hundred square feet to a couple thousand square feet. Rental rates vary depending on the space but are highly competitive with the Duluth office space averages. Some amenities included with all spaces are:
- Large beautifully refinished conference room.
- Clean, quiet, water based radiated heat.
- Light custodial (e.g. waste baskets emptied and floors vacuumed)
Other amenities that are negotiable (and for some smaller spaces included) are:
- Parking in a dedicated lot immediately adjacent to the building.
- Electrical service and phone installation.
- Broadband service (no install fee + $40 per month).
In addition to office space for lease, our conference room and recently restored rotunda are available for rental on a per use basis.
